We had a wonderful stay in a very nice area. The hotel was conveniently located near the venue for a cheerleading competition that we attended, which ran late on Sunday. It was also close to a bus stop, making it easy for us to get around. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, and we appreciated the follow-up call to ensure our satisfaction. The hotel also had reliable WiFi, which was a bonus.

It would have been helpful if the receptionist had informed us that the room we were given was a disability room.

The labeling on the pillows, indicating whether they were soft or firm, was a nice touch that I had never seen before. Additionally, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful during my stay.

I didn't like that the cleaning staff started rolling their carts early in the morning, which disturbed some guests who were still sleeping. However, I understand the need to clean rooms and thought that a later time, around 10:00am, would have been more considerate.
